This generates a wealth of invaluable information which is then analyzed and validated, along with the input gathered during the Define phase. The resulting conclusions enable us to determine the content of the program and the deliverables. The solutions we put forward can take the form of face-to-face programs, action learning projects, e-learning, executive coaching, and business games. We then draw up a proposal that outlines the content, length and format of the program, the key business issues to be addressed as well as members of the faculty who will run the program.
