Developing Atos future leaders: Gold, a tailor-made curriculum by Atos & HEC Paris

HEC Paris worked with Atos as a strategic partner to design a program that is tailored to their specific needs and that achieves their professional development and training objectives.

Developing Future leaders - the heart of business transformation

Atos SE (Societas Europaea), a global leader in digital services, asked HEC Paris to design a Learning & Development initiative that would support the transformation of the business and target their best international managers. The specific objectives of the initiative were to:

  • Manage the business transformation
  • Build a community of “ambassadors” to promote Atos Group values
  • Facilitate career progression

Co-creating a tailor-made program to develop future leaders

HEC Paris worked with Atos to co-create and craft each step of the design, delivery and management of the Gold Program. The program was structured around 3 five-day residential modules in France, Germany and India, and included online learning resources that facilitated international communication and task force project management between modules.

An initiative with real business impact, approved by all stakeholders

Top management: the Gold program targets managers with the highest potential for professional growth by creating Gold Talents, a professional network that aims to build the future management teams at Atos.
Talent management: the Gold program provides Atos with the necessary tools to identify high potential managers, retain highly qualified employees and attract new talent - all within a framework that corresponds with their company values.
Participant feedback confirms that the Program provides employees with greater visibility within the Atos Group and its strategic decisions. The program serves as a powerful lever for professional development, as well as a valuable opportunity to build a rich international network.
