The program is designed for:

  • Value creation: for companies, shareholders, as part of M&A transactions
  • Internally-financed growth
  • Extra-financial criteria: Socially Responsible Investment ("SRI")
  • The forecasting models used by analysts and asset managers: the specificity of diluted EPS
  • Etc.

Communication with credit agencies

  • Indicators monitored by rating agencies
  • Determination of ratings by credit agencies
  • Dialogue with credit analysts
  • Presentation of reliable and relevant credit indicators

Investors’ expectations

  • Different kinds of investors: the characteristics of "Hedge Funds" and "Family Offices"
  • Communication with investors: equity, bond, SRI, public (FRR, BPI)
  • Distribution policy
  • The specific evaluation methodologies by region (Europe, US, Asia)
  • Etc.

On the basis of real cases, you will work on presentations of financial statements growth plans in order to meet the criteria required by financial institutions, analysts, investors, or rating agencies.
