HEC Paris in Qatar

HEC Paris became the first European Partner of the Qatar Foundation in June 2010 and runs a variety of degree, non-degree and custom programs in Doha, Qatar. HEC Paris is also the first member of the Qatar Foundation Management and Research Center (QF-MERC). 

The Qatar Foundation aims to prepare Qatar and the surrounding regions to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing economic climate, and to establish Qatar as a world-leader in innovative education and research. 

HEC Paris Executive Education programs ( Executive MBA, Specialized Master and Open-enrolment programs) are delivered in our modern premises, Tornado Tower, Doha. The site is located in the heart of Doha's West Bay zone, which is one of the most prominent business districts in the region, and one of the most rapidly expanding areas in the world. Participants benefit from easy access to a wide variety of international businesses and organizations. West  Bay is home to the latest and most innovative skyscrapers in the Gulf, as well as to Doha's diplomatic and key government ministries. 

Qatar Foundation 

Founded in 1995 by His Highness Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, the Qatar Foundation is a non-profit organization that focuses on education, scientific research and community development. Education City is an initiative of the Qatar Foundation. It is comprised of elite universities, academic and training programs, as well as the Qatar Science and Technology Park, which boasts over 26 world-class companies involved in scientific research and development. 

The current chair of the Qatar Foundation is Her Highness Sheikha Mozah bint Nasser Al Missnes. The objective of the foundation is to improve the quality of life in Qatar through community development initiatives such as Doha debates, Reach out to Asia and Al Jazeera Children's Channel. The foundation also operates joint venture partnerships in design, ICT, telecommunications, policy studies and event management.
